How We Work

At the initial stage the more information you are able to provide us, such as plans, drawings, materials, colours, finishes, landscape and photographs will all help our CGI artists to carry out the work to a high standard.

Our aim from the outset is to provide a high level of service to all clients and we want to be upfront with costs and timescales.  Our quotations are highly competitive however we also understand that clients may be shopping around to compare costs. Should our quoted fee not be as competitive we are more than happy to discuss price matching alternative quotations or discussing alternative options to suite your budget.

When providing a fee quotation we aim to be as flexible as possible and generally allow for two draft stages prior to final renders. If you feel once seeing the the 3D model needs some design changes are require us to re-modeling and make additional changes then this may be charged at our standard hourly rate. Any additional work or costs will always be agreed upfront.

1st Draft:

We will send you a low-resolution render for you to look at. This enables you the chance to view the 3D model and make any necessary changes . At this stage you will also be able to comment and change any finishes or adjust camera angles. If we have agreed to photomontage the proposed scheme onto a photograph we generally ask the clients to provide suitable photos for our team to work on.

2nd Draft:

After implementing your comments from draft one, we will then add the finishing touches which bring the scene to life. This will include people, cars, landscape and plants etc if your scene need it.  We will then email you the second draft for signoff prior to the final render.

Final Render:

Once the agreed images or animations have been signed off at stage two we will proceed with the final resolution render and will be sent via e-mail for your use.
